What is actually built.
This page exists because people ask, and because we would rather answer plainly than send a deck to anyone who has not decided they want one. Everything below is checkable. The product runs today, and we will demonstrate it live, including the parts designed to fail safely.
- Stage
- Pre-alpha. Working software, running daily against a real mailbox and workspace. Pilot cohort opening.
- Product
- An AI operations agent for small teams. Confidence-gated execution: it acts on routine reversible work, and asks before anything outward or destructive.
- Architecture
- Runs on the customer’s own machine. No Arca servers, no data pooling, no account. That is a durable structural claim, not a policy promise.
- Team
- Aidan, founder: had the idea, and splits his time between the code and the business side. Laurent, co-founder: writes the agent core. Built unpaid, nights and weekends, before raising anything.
Why this is defensible
The incumbents can copy any feature on this site. They cannot copy the architecture, because their economics require your data on their servers. The customers who most need an operations agent, meaning anyone holding client information under a confidentiality duty, are the same customers who cannot grant a cloud assistant standing access. That mismatch is the whole opportunity, and it does not close by someone shipping a better model.
Why now
Agent products are hitting a trust ceiling rather than a capability ceiling. The blocker is not whether a model can draft the reply; it is whether anyone will let it send one. Confidence gating is our answer, and it is the part we built first, before the interface, before the integrations.
What we will show you
- The product running live, against a real inbox, with no staging.
- A prompt-injection attack executed against our own agent, and the gate refusing it.
- The test suite, the approval-gate code path, and where the failure modes still are.
- The open items we have not solved. We keep a list, and we will read it to you.
