An AI email assistant that asks before it sends.
What it does on its own
- Triages the inbox: reads, classifies and sorts what arrives.
- Writes the draft: leaves each reply in Drafts for you to read.
- Finds the file behind “which one was it?” in Drive, Docs or OneDrive.
- Files notes into Notion and attachments into the right folders.
What waits for your yes
- Sending. Anything addressed to another human being waits for you.
- Shared calendar events. Creating or moving an event other people can see waits for you.
- Deleting or moving files never happens without approval.
- Instructions inside an email that did not come from you become a card for you to judge, not an action.
The gate is enforced in the code that calls the tools, not requested in a prompt the model can talk itself out of. Decline and the work is kept as a draft. Walk away and the action declines itself.
Gmail, Outlook and the rest
Arca works with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Contacts, Notion and OneDrive, and reaches more than 1,500 apps through Composio behind the same approval gate. It also runs as an MCP server, so its tools appear inside Claude Desktop and Cursor.
Who it suits
A person or small team who wants routine email, calendar and file work off their hands, but needs every outward or destructive step approved by a human first. It is the wrong tool for messages that must go out with no human in the loop.
