Anything outward or destructive stops at an approval card. The gate is enforced in the code that calls the tools, not requested in a prompt. Done on its own: - **Triages the inbox.** Reads, classifies and sorts what arrives. - **Finds the file.** Tracks down the document behind “which one was it?” - **Writes the draft.** Leaves the reply in Drafts for you to read. - **Files and renames.** Notes into Notion, files into the right folders. Each person using Arca is one seat. ## Questions and Answers ### Is Slack connected yet? Reading, yes. It reads the channels it is invited to and classifies what arrives. Posting is built and turned off: it needs a Slack app of your own, and it is gated exactly like email. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Contacts, Notion and OneDrive work alongside it. ### Can I use Arca from Claude Desktop or Cursor? Yes. Arca runs as an MCP server, so its tools appear inside whichever client you already use. It is read-only there unless you start it with a different agent, because that connection has no approval prompt. ### How is this different from an assistant that just does things? Confidence gating, enforced in the code that calls the tools rather than requested in a prompt the model can talk itself out of. ### What happens if the AI gets something wrong? Nothing, until you approve it. Decline and the work is kept as a draft. Walk away and the action declines itself. ### Can a malicious message make Arca do something bad? Prompt injection is our central design constraint, not a footnote. Incoming content reaches the model as data, and even a fooled model cannot send, move or bin anything without a human pressing yes. ### Why can’t Google or Microsoft just do this?
